Trauma Therapy for Lasting Healing
A compassionate, evidence-based approach using Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART®), hypnotherapy, and focused intensives.
Daytona Accelerated Therapy provides trauma-focused therapy for adults who want deeper healing than traditional weekly counseling often allows. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART®), hypnotherapy, and trauma-focused intensive sessions, Trish helps clients heal from trauma, anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm in a safe, supportive environment.
My approach is designed to help you move forward without having to relive painful experiences. Healing here is calm, respectful of your pace, and focused on meaningful, lasting change.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART®)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories without requiring you to describe them in detail. ART uses gentle eye movements and structured techniques to reduce the emotional intensity connected to past experiences.
Many clients find ART helpful for:
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Anxiety and panic
-
Grief and loss
-
Childhood trauma
-
Medical or accident-related trauma
-
Emotional triggers and intrusive memories
The goal of ART is not to erase memories, but to change how they live in your mind and body, so they no longer control your present.
Hypnotherapy for Trauma and Stress
Hypnotherapy is a calm, guided process that helps you access deeper emotional patterns in a safe and controlled way. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. This focused state allows the mind to gently shift beliefs, reactions, and emotional responses shaped by past experiences.
Hypnotherapy may be helpful if you’re experiencing:
-
Chronic stress or overwhelm
-
Anxiety or fear responses
-
Trauma held in the body
-
Sleep difficulties
-
Self-doubt or limiting beliefs
-
Emotional patterns that feel difficult to change
Hypnotherapy is often used alongside Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART®) and can be especially helpful for clients who prefer a gentle, inward-focused approach to healing.

Trauma-Focused
Intensive Therapy
Trauma-focused intensives offer extended, uninterrupted time for healing. Instead of spreading therapy across weeks or months, intensives allow you to go deeper in a single half-day or full-day session.
Intensives are often a good fit if:
-
You feel stuck in traditional weekly therapy
-
Your schedule makes weekly sessions difficult
-
You want deeper progress in less time
-
You’re ready for focused, meaningful change
Intensives may include Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART®), hypnotherapy, grounding techniques, and reflection time. Sessions are thoughtfully structured to support emotional regulation, insight, and integration

Personalized Preparation
If we move forward, you’ll receive a personalized workbook and attend a pre-intensive appointment, held virtually or in person, to review your history, clarify goals, and prepare for our work together.
Therapy Session & Integration
You’ll engage in therapy at a pace that feels safe and supportive in my office, followed by a post-intensive integration session, virtual or in person, to reflect on insights and plan next steps.
