Meet Trish
Founder & Trauma Therapist

I’m Trish, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Master ART® Practitioner, and clinical hypnotherapist. I specialize in helping adults move beyond trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm so they can feel lighter, more grounded, and more in control of their lives.

My approach is gentle, client-centered, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. You don’t need to retell painful stories or relive distressing memories to experience real relief. Instead, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can finally let go of what’s been weighing you down.

I’ve seen how unresolved trauma affects people in ways they don’t always recognize. When I discovered ART®, I saw clients finally experience relief without being overwhelmed. Helping people release what’s been holding them back and reconnect with who they truly are is the reason I do this work.

My work is grounded in safety, compassion, and evidence-based care. With ART® and hypnotherapy, you don’t need to retell painful memories to heal.
