Investment & Payment Information
Intensive therapy is a meaningful investment in your mental health and wellbeing. These sessions fall outside the traditional weekly therapy model and are structured to support progress in a concentrated timeframe.
-
Insurance is not accepted for intensive sessions
-
Superbills are available for possible out-of-network reimbursement
-
HSA and FSA cards are accepted
Due to the extended time reserved for intensive sessions, a more stringent cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within one week of the scheduled in-person session are non-refundable. Deposits will be applied toward the no-show fee.
Under federal law, known as the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges if you are uninsured, self-pay, or choose not to use insurance. A Good Faith Estimate explains anticipated costs before services begin, helps you make informed decisions about your care, and is provided in writing within required timeframes. Receiving an estimate does not obligate you to receive services, and actual costs may vary if treatment needs change. You can review the full notice here: View the Good Faith Estimate (PDF). If you have questions about fees or estimates, I’m happy to discuss them with you.
