You pay for the time you use, one session at a time. There are no packages to pick from and no set number of visits to commit to.
Prefer a deeper, concentrated block?
Full-day and multi-day intensives are still available and arranged individually. Just mention it during your consultation.
Every session is billed at the same $180 per hour, whether it runs two hours or a full day, so you can choose based on what you need, not on what looks like a better deal.
Before Your Session
You’ll receive a personalized workbook and complete a pre-intensive consultation to clarify goals and prepare for the session.
During Your Session
Sessions take place in my private office in Daytona Beach, FL. Breaks are built in to support focus, regulation, and integration.
After Your Session
A post-intensive session supports reflection, insight, and next steps so you feel grounded as you move forward.
Investment & Payment Information
Intensive therapy lasting 2 or more hours is a meaningful investment in your mental health and wellbeing. These sessions fall outside the traditional weekly therapy model and are structured to support progress in a concentrated timeframe.

Due to the extended time reserved for intensive sessions, a more stringent cancellation policy applies. Cancellations and ‘no-shows’ within 24 hours of the scheduled in-person session will incur a $100 Late Cancellation fee.
Under federal law, known as the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges if you are uninsured, self-pay, or choose not to use insurance. A Good Faith Estimate explains anticipated costs before services begin, helps you make informed decisions about your care, and is provided in writing within required timeframes.
